FORGOTTEN HISTORY: Hour by hour weather forecast as met office issues warning - Caught on Camera

Merseyside is set to bask in scorching conditions today before thunderstorms will set in during this afternoon.

The Met Office has predicted temperatures will peak at around 29c today at around 4pm, before rain and hail will begin. The yellow warning is in force across many areas in the region from 2pm - 9pm on June 10. The Met Office said: "Whilst many places will be largely dry, thunderstorms with heavy rain and hail are likely to develop in some places on Saturday afternoon."

The forecasters urged people to be vigilant as it added: "There is a small chance that homes and businesses could be flooded quickly, with damage to some buildings from floodwater, lightning strikes, hail or strong winds.
