The Sinister Strip is one of several POIs available on the map in Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 3, and you will find a Locked Prison Cell in one of the buildings. The building in discussion is opposite the gigantic Sprite structure. Once you head inside, take the stairs that go down from the first floor, and you’ll come across the cell.
Thankfully, you can open it to get some valuable items.
