UNCOVERED: Inauguration moved indoors due to inclement weather - The Untold Story

The U.S. Capitol building on Capitol Hill, seen during sunset in Washington

The US Capitol Sergeant at Arms has announced that the upcoming presidential inauguration will be moved inside due to inclement weather conditions. This decision, while ensuring the safety and comfort of attendees, unfortunately means that the majority of ticketed guests will not be able to witness the ceremonies in person.

According to the Sergeant at Arms, the revised plan will only accommodate guests with Platform, Upper West Terrace, and possibly Section 3 tickets. Some of these guests will be seated in Emancipation Hall to witness the historic event.
