Incremental Group has been acquired by Telefónica Tech for up to £175m, including potential contingent payments linked to its future performance.
The Glasgow-headquartered data analytics business employs 350 people and has annual revenues of almost £40m just over five years since its launch.
The backing of Telefónica Tech should now enable the group to make strategic and long-term investments in recruitment and development at scale.
