A social media influencer had died just days before her child's first Christmas. Rachel Mee, also known as Rachel Kaitlyn, has tens of thousands of followers on Instagram and had worked as a model on OnlyFans.
The 25-year-old, from Northumberland, owned a custom clothing business, Rachel Mee Crystal Creations, selling jewelled clothing and accessories, reports the Chronicle. She was mum to her nine-month-old son, Kyro, who she had previously described as "my sunshine" to her followers on social media.
Rachel passed away on December 18, prompting an outpouring of tributes as well as fundraisers in her memory to support her son. One GoFundMe page set up by family friend Chris Coppen has already raised over £5.500, while another, titled Kyro's Future, set up by friend Claire Robinson has raised £600.
