A list of kindergartens, blacked out car windows, a hidden soundproof room and a "mind map" of his preparations have been revealed as part of a child predator's elaborate plans to kidnap a girl for sex.  

Western Australian police on Wednesday said Jason William Forbes presented a "serious and imminent risk" before a raid on his Perth home in 2024.
