Does JBL offer free shipping?
JBL offers free shipping on most products, meaning there's usually no fee to pay no matter what you buy, although some items will occasionally incur a fee, which will be listed in your order summary before you complete your purchase. The brand tends to ship with UPS, with items arriving 5 - 7 days after the date of your purchase on average. If you want to receive your goods sooner, you can also pay for expedited shipping at the checkout.
Does JBL offer a student discount?
If you're still studying and can verify your status via UNiDAYS, you can get 20% off your orders thanks to JBL's student discount. To get started, just head to the brand's student discount portal, sign in to your UNiDAYS account, and you'll be able to see the latest student offers.
What is the JBL returns policy?
Should you decide you no longer want your item, you'll need to decide within 30 days of your purchase and notify the brand's team. Items need to be sent back with their original packaging and all included accessories (JBL recommends you repack in the original packaging, but you can also use a brown cardboard box). The brand provides prepaid returns labels to make return shipping free.
