Bolton refrained from naming these individuals to avoid getting them into trouble and acknowledged that the list of appointees put forth by Trump was commendable. However, he pointed out that Trump's post, which discouraged recommendations from certain individuals or groups, indicated that the President had not changed or reformed from his first term.
