Foxtel has been threatened with hundreds of thousands of dollars a day in fines after its sport streaming service Kayo fell foul of gambling advertising rules designed to protect young viewers.
Media watchdog, the Australian Communications and Media Authority, said Kayo showed gambling advertisements during live sports events outside allowed times.
