Key changes to the controversial redevelopment of the Lime Street gateway to Liverpool have been put forward.
Liverpool Council is in the process of revamping the iconic area outside Lime Street Station and St George's Hall - but the project has been marred by criticism and the collapse of the main contractor.
Construction firm NMCN Ltd went into administration in October, prompting more delays on the multi-million pound scheme.
