Last year, Amazon killed off the Kindle Oasis, the last of its ubiquitous ereaders with physical buttons for turning the page.
In their place, users were forced to get a little more dexterous. Instead of simply resting a finger on a button and pressing to turn the page, touch-only ereaders demand a bit more effort—requiring you to repeatedly reposition your finger, tap the screen, and lift it away. Not exactly a pain, but undeniably less convenient.
