Kuwait has introduced a new long-term residency programme that will allow eligible foreign investors to obtain residency permits of up to 15 years, as the Gulf country seeks to attract high-value investments while strengthening regulatory controls.
The new framework was established and published in the official gazette Kuwait Alyoum, according to a Gulf News report. It sets out the legal, financial and operational conditions investors must meet to qualify for extended residency.
