Fans of the classic 1986 fantasy film Labyrinth have been eagerly anticipating news of a long-awaited sequel. And now, there's some exciting development on the horizon. Jim Henson Company chairman, Brian Henson, has confirmed that a sequel to Labyrinth is in the works and is a project they are truly excited about.

While Brian Henson admitted that he isn't personally driving the project, he expressed his anticipation during an interview with ComicBook.com. He mentioned that his sister, Lisa Henson, the CEO of the Jim Henson Company, is the one to get more details from. Brian Henson also added, 'That is a project that we are very excited about, but we can't talk about it.'
