Government officials are monitoring the location of the final "ISIS bride" who has not returned to Australia, but the prospect of arrest on arrival might deter her from ever boarding a flight back.

Home Affairs Minister Tony Burke revealed the government was keeping track of Hodan Abby's location after an order stopping her return to Australia on national security grounds was lifted.
