Passengers have slammed Leeds Bradford Airport after chaotic scenes this morning saw customers queueing outside of the building.

Long queues, which reportedly included fast track customers, have been pictured outside of the airport. One passenger claims people were stuck in a queue "over half a mile" long.

Voicing his dismay in a post shared at 4:10am, Twitter user @WoodsyLufc wrote: "Leeds and Bradford airport, 13 flights going out between 06:00 - 0700, no staff to direct people and chaos starting at 04:00!! Queueing over half a mile! @LBIAirport your operations team need the sack!"
