Does Liberty have free delivery?
Yes. You can get free standard delivery on purchases of £100 or more at Liberty. Any orders less than this will cost £5.95 for standard delivery. Your free shipping will immediately be applied at the checkout.
Does Liberty London have a new customer discount?
Yes. Sign up for the Liberty email newsletter and you'll get 15% off your first online order. We've hand-tested this ourselves and our code was immediately displayed seconds after giving an email address.
Can I get click & collect at Liberty?
Yes. Liberty has free standard click & collect from its stores. Your order should be ready within 5 working days, excluding bank holidays and weekends. If you prefer, there is next day click & collect which costs £4.95.
Is there a student discount at Liberty?
Yes. Students can get a 15% off student discount code on their first purchase at Liberty. Any purchase after this will get 10% off. You'll need to confirm you're a student through Student Beans, to see your unique code.
Can I get an NHS discount at Liberty?
Yes, Liberty gives NHS workers and healthcare professionals a 15% off discount code on first orders. You'll also get a 10% off promo code on any orders at Liberty after this. You will need to verify your work through GoCertify for this discount.
Are returns free at Liberty?
Yes, Liberty London offers complimentary returns within 30 days of purchase. This will be via the DHL. Your items should be returned in their original condition, with any tags still attached.

Newsletter subscription: Sign up for the Liberty London newsletter to get 15% off your first purchase. We've already mentioned it, but it's worth repeating. This is one of the simplest ways we've seen to save at Liberty. You'll also be sent limited-time promotions and updates, meaning loyal subscribers usually find the best items or sales first.
Keyworker discount: We've spoken about the NHS discount but Liberty also has a key worker discount. You can get a 15% off key worker discount for your first purchase, and 10% off on each purchase after this. If you're a teacher, military personnel, charity worker, care or social worker or in the police or fire service, then you can get this discount. Liberty does state this is only for a limited time.
The Beauty Drop: If you're a regular beauty shopper, consider Liberty's new Beauty Drop box. You can pay £25 a month and you'll get £20 worth of credit to spend at Liberty. Liberty will send four discovery boxes of mini beauty products, with a guaranteed value of £300 over the year. The boxes will be sent in January, April, July and October. Right now, you can shop the first three months for £20 a month, instead of £25.
Loyalty program: Sign up for Liberty London's loyalty program - Liberty Collective - to earn vouchers from your purchases. You'll get a £10 voucher every time you spend £200. You'll also be sent 4 rewards vouchers throughout the year, these being in April, July, October, and January. Sign us up!

We try hard to avoid listing promo codes that don’t work. To do this we:
