Lindsey Vonn is recovering after undergoing a third surgery following her frightening crash at the Winter Olympics.

The 41-year-old ski racer was airlifted to hospital following the incident during the women's downhill final at the Milan-Cortina Games on Sunday (08.02.26) and she's now revealed she's undergone three operations after being diagnosed with a complex tibia fracture in her left leg.
