SW1A, spanning London’s political centre in Whitehall and St James’s, is now the capital’s most expensive postcode, according to analysis from mortgage broker Enness Global.
Using the Land Registry’s most recent sold price data, the brokerage has calculated the capital’s top 11 prime central London postcodes which recorded the highest prices between July and September last year.
