Lufthansa will roll out a new onboard service programme across its long-haul network from May 6, 2026, aimed at upgrading passenger experience across all travel classes. The program, called Future Onboard Experience (FOX), will be implemented on all long-haul flights regardless of aircraft type or configuration. The airline said the programme focuses on changes in onboard amenities, service processes and meal options.
FOX has been under development for more than two years and is built around three key elements: personalisation, comfort and “Signature Moments.” The programme was first introduced for First Class passengers on March 30, 2026.
