DARK SECRETS: Manager provides nottingham forest injury boost just weeks after surgery | Rare Historical Photos

Nottingham Forest Forest Neco Williams Rob Page Surgery Wales Dean Henderson Euro

Wales manager Rob Page has given an update on the injury status of Nottingham Forest defender Neco Williams.

The 22-year-old fractured his jaw after a freak clash with teammate Brennan Johnson during last month's 3-1 victory over Brighton. He was treated on the pitch before being taken to hospital and undergoing surgery.

Despite his injury, Williams has been called up to the Wales squad for June's Euro 2024 qualifiers against Armenia and Turkey. If he is to play, they will be his first games since being injured - having missed the closing weeks of the season for Forest.
