Marvel Studios is making strategic decisions regarding its future projects in response to recent performance trends. Insider reports suggest that Eternals 2 is no longer in development, while potential sequels for The Marvels, Captain Marvel, and Ant-Man are being reconsidered.
The decision to halt Eternals 2 may stem from the film's mixed reception among critics and its underwhelming box office performance. Similarly, The Marvels, with its high production costs, may not have met Marvel's expectations despite being underrated by some viewers.
