The Duchess of Edinburgh, alongside students from Harris Girls Academy in Southeast London, recently participated in a menstrual health workshop. The group engaged in open and honest conversations about the challenges faced by women and girls when it comes to menstruation. Topics covered ranged from understanding what constitutes a normal period to advocating for their own health concerns while interacting with medical professionals.
This workshop was a part of the Wellbeing of Women's JustaPeriod campaign, which aims to enhance awareness and education surrounding menstrual problems and normalize discussions on this topic. Her Royal Highness is the proud patron of this charity, which endeavors to support millions of women through research and healthcare campaigns.
