All train services will return to normal next week following widespread cancellations, which occurred despite strikes by railway workers being called off.
The RMT union announced yesterday that planned strikes on November 5, 7 and 9 had been cancelled as it entered "a period of intensive negotiations" with Network Rail and train operators.
However, Network Rail warned that services would remain "extremely limited" today, November 5, as the decision had come too late to make changes to its amended timetable.
