Meta has issued a warning to users of its VR headsets, specifically those with Oculus accounts, regarding the upcoming deletion of accounts on March 29. This announcement has significant implications for affected users, particularly in terms of app access, purchases, store credit, contact lists, and game achievements.
While many recent Meta Quest 3 buyers and avid VR enthusiasts have likely already transitioned their old Oculus accounts to Meta accounts or started with a Meta account initially, those who have not done so need to take heed of this important notice.
