UNBELIEVABLE: Midshire telecom bought out by 4com | History Defined

Black Country Bournemouth

A Black Country telecommunications firm has been bought out by a South West firm.

West Bromwich-based Midshire Telecom, which specialises in the supply of office telephone systems, business broadband and mobile services, has been acquired by 4Com.

It is the first buyout deal in Bournemouth-based 4Com's 23-year history.
