The skeletal remains of a New York City man missing since 2011 have been identified after being discovered in New Jersey, authorities confirmed on Monday. The remains were positively identified as those of Kevin Morris, who was 21 years old at the time of his disappearance and 32 when he was reported missing in October 2011.
Kevin Morris was last seen on Staten Island, where he informed his friends that he was going to visit his girlfriend. According to the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System, Morris had no known physical or mental health issues. Investigators are currently puzzled as to how he ended up in New Jersey.
