More Cardiff parks have been targeted by vandals with newly planted trees snapped in half. Trees in Caedelyn Park and Parc y Pentre in Rhiwbina have been damaged and destroyed just days after a similar attack in another city park which saw thousands of pounds worth of damage caused.
