Madison Police Chief, Shon Barnes, revealed during a news conference that several Madison Metropolitan School District schools were swatted on Tuesday. This incident occurred following a tragic shooting at Abundant Life Christian School that resulted in two fatalities.
Chief Barnes addressed the media, stating, 'Today numerous MMSD schools were targeted by false threats often known as swatting. We're collaborating closely with the Madison Metropolitan School District to identify the source of these threats and conduct a thorough investigation into these incidents.'
