I like to think of sun cream as a sort of insurance policy for my skin. The more SPF I use now – and I use it every day – the fewer cosmetic treatments I’ll be splashing out on in the future. Plus, nothing says “Brit abroad” quite like a trademark bright-red nose.
However, as anyone who regularly wears makeup and cosmetics on their skin will tell you, SPF can be a logistical nightmare. If applied too soon before your foundation, it can feel greasy or disrupt how your products usually sit on your skin, and applying after makeup application just smears everything around and ruins all our hard work. That was, until now.
