May nat gas prices on Monday rallied to a 1-week high and closed sharply higher. Nat-gas prices rallied on forecasts for colder-than-normal weather for the western and eastern parts of the US that would boost heating demand for nat-gas. Atmospheric G2 said Monday that below-normal temperatures are expected across the East and West coasts of the US from April 6-10.
