HISTORICAL FACTS: Neighbours swap citizens - Caught on Camera

SA KAEO: Authorities on Friday repatriated 36 Thai nationals from Cambodia and returned 67 Cambodian nationals through the Klong Luek border checkpoint.

The exchange was carried out under bilateral legal and humanitarian cooperation by the Burapha Task Force, immigration, customs, border patrol and other agencies at the Thai-Cambodian Friendship Bridge.

The 67 Cambodians comprised 43 men, 21 women and three boys. All had completed legal proceedings and served their sentences in Thailand before being returned.
