The idea behind Freely is sound – the UK's free streaming platform offers more than 40 free TV channels from the country's major broadcasters. That includes the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, 5, and the U network.
However, the service has only been available on Smart TVs until now, and a select few at that. We've therefore been waiting for the first standalone device with Freely support – something that can add access to any TV – and that day has finally come.
