Ondrej Palat, a two-time Stanley Cup winner and gold medalist with the Czech Republic, is set to fulfill another dream as his New Jersey Devils face the Buffalo Sabres in Prague to kick off the NHL regular season. The upcoming games mark the ninth regular season NHL games hosted by Prague, with Stockholm, Sweden, being the only location outside North America to have hosted more.
Following the Prague games, two more international matchups are scheduled in Tampere, Finland, featuring the defending Stanley Cup champion Florida Panthers against the Dallas Stars. These global series games not only provide exciting hockey action but also serve as valuable team-building experiences for the players.
