A survey of patients at GP practices has revealed the most popular and unpopular surgeries across Nottingham. Thousands of questionnaire forms were given out at surgeries across the city for the GP Patient Survey 2022.
A total of 14,840 were returned and its findings were published on Tuesday, July 12. In the survey patients are asked about a range of topics, such as the helpfulness of staff, making appointments and out-of-hours services.
Patients were also asked about their overall experience at their surgery, with available answers ranging from 'very poor' to 'very good'. Welbeck Surgery, situated in Sherwood, scored the highest in that regard, receiving an approval rating of 93 percent.
