Northern Territory Chief Minister Michael Gunner has denied politically interfering in a murder investigation in the days after a policeman fatally shot an Aboriginal teenager.
Mr Gunner has admitted telling the Yuendumu community "consequences will flow" three days after Constable Zachary Rolfe, 30, shot 19-year-old Kumanjayi Walker during a failed outback arrest in 2019.
