A West Midlands security firm has been bought out by a North Wales business.
Oakwood Security Solutions has been acquired in an undisclosed deal by Mold-based Parallel Security. Oakwood operates from offices in Lichfield and Coventry.
Parallel Security was established in 2014 and specialises in a range of security services including site security, mobile patrol, key holding, events and training.
