The last name of Pickett is familiar to Ohio State fans after Ryan dominated the middle of the Buckeye defensive line from 1998 to 2000.
His nephew, Booker Pickett Jr., is a 6-foot, 3-inch and 205-pound edge rusher who is highly considering following in his uncles footsteps. The elder Booker played for Miami in the mid-90’s, is an intriguing option for the Florida native as well.
