Hundreds of people have paid tribute to a 24-year-old woman with a "vibrant soul" after she died in a paddleboard tragedy.
Several coastguard and police units, an inshore lifeboat and four ambulances rushed to Conwy Morfa beach at around 10.14pm Thursday, July 14, following reports of people getting into difficulty at sea. Once at the scene emergency services found three people in the water with paddleboards and worked to rescue them.
North Wales Police have since confirmed a 24-year-old woman died after being rushed to hospital. The woman who died was named as Emma Louise Powell from Llandudno, NorthWalesLive reports.
