Patch 28.2.3 for Hearthstone is now live and brings with it updates to Standard and Battlegrounds. This being the last patch of the year, players get the chance to make the most fun over the holidays.
In a post by the Dev Team, the goal for this patch was to introduce some buffs especially on underperforming classes, decks, and cards. It's also meant to weaken some of those overperforming ones which have been keeping other decks down. Players are rest assured that the intention isn't to kill the decks they like but to bring them down a peg so as to make more room in the meta. Dragon Druid was another deck that the team believed needed some reduction in the power.
