A mum and dad have hit out after they were slapped with a £480 fine for taking their kids on holiday during term-time.
Dad-of-two Paul Benson said he chose to take his kids out of school because it was 'significantly cheaper' and branded the punishment 'unfair'. Paul and his wife Jessica took their children, Ruby and George to Florida twice previously, being fined £240 on each occasion, reports Yorkshire Live.
