NEW DELHI: An authoritative source within the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) stated on Monday that bowler Haris Rauf's core contract might be "restored" following an evaluation by the board's legal experts.

Due to Rauf's refusal to participate in the three Test series against Australia that they lost 0-3 in January, his central contract was canceled two days before the Pakistan Super League began.
