Phillips 66 has received the highest possible recognition for the support it gives the armed forces community.
The company behind the Humber Refinery at South Killingholme has been presented with the Armed Forces Covenant Gold Award, less than three years after signing up to the scheme.
One of only three organisations in the whole region to receive it, the status recognises the promotion of being armed forces-friendly, being open to employing reservists, veterans - including the wounded, injured and sick - cadet instructors and military spouses or partners.
