Plans have been submitted for a £20m scheme to construct two apartment buildings and create almost 100 flats in Blackpool.
A total of 92 homes would be created if the proposals from Coastway Ltd and Headlands Ltd are backed.
The New South Promenade project will see two residential developments located along Blackpool’s south shore promenade, which dates back to 1926.
