A former councillor and lawyer for a fugitive property developer has faced a grilling over allegations of spying and blackmail in what is expected to be a corruption inquiry's final day of hearings.
Former Strathfield councillor Sharangan Maheswaran appeared at the NSW Independent Commission Against Corruption on Tuesday, questioned over allegations he spied on and blackmailed former mayor Matthew Blackmore.
