Actor Natasha Lyonne has provided an update on her sobriety, two months after revealing a relapse in January following a decade of being sober.
Lyonne, known for her roles in Orange Is the New Black and Poker Face, has openly discussed her past struggles with alcohol and drug addiction, including heroin.
She shared on X that she is “proud to report this kid is doing a whole lot better & back on her feet,” expressing gratitude for the support from recovery communities, friends, family, and fans.
Lyonne said that she hopes to keep her recovery journey private for now but hopes to share her experiences in the future.
The 46-year-old previously shared that she nearly died from her drug addiction and underwent open-heart surgery in 2012 to correct damage left behind by a serious heart infection.
