A former Liberal Party operative turned lobbyist has conceded his firm improperly paid a colleague's wife thousands of dollars for services that were not rendered.
Jeremy Greenwood, who worked for Nationals leader Matt Canavan in 2017 before forming his own advisory firm, gave evidence at the NSW Independent Commission against Corruption on Monday.
