During Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's speech to Congress on Wednesday, protesters gathered at Union Station were seen burning US flags and depictions of Netanyahu. The Prime Minister referred to the protesters as 'Iran's useful idiots' in his address.

The White House responded to the protests, calling them disgraceful. A White House spokesperson, Andrew Bates, stated, 'Antisemitism and violence are never acceptable. Period.'
