A decorated RAF veteran has been unable to leave his home for eight days after thieves stole his mobility scooter.
Iain Anderson, 55, served in the Royal Air Force for 15 years and had been gifted the scooter four-months-ago by his former employers - allowing him to visit the shops on his own, reports Stoke-on-Trent Live.
But he was devastated when he discovered the gold Kymco scooter had been stolen from outside his flat in Dove Place, Newcastle-under-Lyme, on January 11.
