BIZARRE: Rain forecasts for brazil weigh on coffee prices - What They Never Told You

May arabica coffee (KCK25) today is down -10.95 (-2.84%), and May ICE robusta coffee (RMK25) is down -81 (-1.47%).

Coffee prices today are moderately lower, with arabica posting a 2-week low.  Arabica coffee is under pressure after Somar Meteorologia forecast widespread showers next week in Minas Gerais, Brazil's biggest arabica-producing region, which eases dryness concerns.  Losses in robusta coffee are limited by signs of tighter supplies after ICE-monitored robusta coffee inventories fell to a 1-1/2 week low today of 4,288 lots.
