KOLKATA: Already finding it difficult to get a foothold in Ranji Trophy Elite level, Bihar travel to Meerut to take on hosts Uttar Pradesh in their third fixture of Group B starting Friday.
With only a point in their kitty after playing first two games in front of the home crowd, the Ashutosh Aman-led side will have their task cut out against a side who has four points after two games and have players like Priyam Garg, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Karan Sharma, Ankit Rajpoot and captain Nitish Rana among others. Bihar need to up their performance level if they fancy any change of fortunes in their third attempt this season.
